The Esperance Health Campus redevelopment provides top quality care closer to home for the people of Esperance and South East coastal areas.

The expansion included a new and expanded emergency department. A huge expansion of surgical services, including a brand new day surgery unit. New editions to the Esperance Health Campus will make it more convenient for Mums to stay in Esperance to have their babies.

The new emergency department has almost triple the capacity of the previous one and includes two state-of-the-art resuscitation bays, a procedure room, acute treatment bays and single consulting rooms for more privacy.

Project Description

The project works consisted of staged construction of all new areas (such as emergency department, operating theaters, pathology, admin and all new plant areas) along with staged demolition of old sections while maintaining continued operation of the hospital. New chilled water, heating water, controls and electrical systems were provided as part of the scope.
