Level 2 and 3 are dedicated specialised fitouts for WA Cyber Crimes Unit, Austcyber Node and Sapien Cyber.
Level 4 is a designated Superlab and certified PC-2 laboratory facility.

Delivery
Lead coordination of all services through extensive coordination and build methodology workshops.
Interfacing with existing campus utilities (HHW and CHW).
Achieve all milestone dates against a very aggressive and demanding construction schedule.
Supply and install of all mechanical services and associated plant including emergency Chillers, AHUs, Ventilation Fans, Fume Cupboards, Bio-Safety Cabinets.
Provide all Mechanical Electrical services.
Management and oversight of Building Management System design, installation, and commissioning.
Complete all commissioning and validation of facility using inhouse Commissioning Department. Ensure compliance of PC-2 laboratory.

Participate in 3rd party extensive operational testing verification of PC-2 laboratory.
