Delivery

Project delivery across three individual subsequent stages.

Extensive planning and workshops with key stakeholders to develop approved work and commissioning methodologies for each stage.

Zero Lost Time Injuries or Near Misses for the project duration.

Project peak labour – 50 workers.

Management of trenching and install of pipework culverts.

Install of 4,000m of below ground utility pre-insulated pipework within culverts from CEPS1 to satellite buildings throughout the base.

Strict adherence to Department of Defence and Doric Safety and Confidential procedures.

Protection of unique indigenous flora and fauna.

Asbestos procedures and monitoring.

Proactive engagement with DOD, Client and Design Team against aggressive but accomplished Construction Schedule.

Staging of works with temporary installations to ensure existing plant remained operational, with redundancy, throughout duration of project.
