The project comprised of the construction of a new 7-storey library in the Perth CBD. The services included the supply and install of various AHU’s on levels 2, 3 and 7 serving all levels, aswell as one air-cooled Chiller and one heating-water Boiler located in the level 7 Plant Room. AHU’s were complete with associated ductwork, diffusion, chilled and heating water pipework, insulation and BMS controls.
