A new state-of-the-art five-storey building to act as the PTA Operations Control Centre.
The facility will manage the day-to-day operations of Perth’s public transport network and is designed to manage the additional 72 kilometres of rail track as various METRONET projects become operational.
The operations control room is supported by open plan offices and staff amenities and facilities.

Delivery
Provision of all Mechanical design services.
Provide a full suite of HVAC services including plant and other specialist services to mission critical areas.
Life saving systems for smoke management and control.
Provide all Mechanical Electrical services.
Management and oversight of Building Management System design, installation, and commissioning.
Complete all commissioning and validation of facility using inhouse Commissioning Department;
Extensive inter-service testing to demonstration facility uninterrupted critical operation.
Adhere with all PTA documentation and delivery procedures;
