AboutThe Project



New $10M facility state of the art Cleanroom facility adjoining Heritage listed building-The purpose-built section of the facility is Western Australia’s only bone and tissue bank. The new build includes two tissue processing cleanrooms, freezer storage, a tissue testing laboratory and a dedicated research laboratory. The linked Heritage listed structure holds all administrative and staff amenity areas. Complies with all necessary Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) operational licensing requirements, including those for aPC-2 facility.

Delivery

Lead coordination of all services and development of build sequence methodology for a cleanroom type facility; top-down construction. 

Provide a full suite of HVAC services, plant and specialist exhaust services to the facility, including laboratories, clean rooms and offices.

Provide all Mechanical Electrical services.

Management and oversight of Building Management System design, installation, and commissioning.

Complete all commissioning and validation of facility using inhouse Commissioning Department;

  • Room leakage testing,
  • Pressure gradients,
  • HEPA Filter Validation Testing, 
  • Air particulate testing, 
  • Recovery rates 
  • Air visualisation

 

Adhere with all Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) to ensure achieving compliance TGA.
