Description

New Central Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility providing WA public hospitals pharmaceutical products with Production and Compounding Areas.

Complies with Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

As well as pharmaceutical production, the facility also encompasses quality control and assurance, and purchasing and sales functions

The facility consists of specialist environments (PC-2), open plan offices, meeting rooms, amenities and support areas (BOH)

Delivery

Zero Lost Time Injuries or Near Misses for the project duration. Project peak labour – 15 workers.

Lead coordination of all services and development of build sequence methodology – top down construction. 

Provide a full suite of HVAC services, plant and specialist exhaust services to the facility, including laboratories, clean rooms and offices.

Provide all Mechanical Electrical services.

Management and oversight of Building Management System design, installation, and commissioning.

Complete all commissioning and validation of facility using inhouse Commissioning Department;

  • Room leakage testing,
  • Pressure gradients,
  • HEPA Filter Validation Testing, 
  • Air particulate testing, 
  • Recovery rates 
  • Air visualisation
  • Adhere with all Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) to ensure achieving compliance Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Comprehensive training and handover procedure with client facility team training and handover
